“Dayenne helped me reduce my burnout symptoms. I didn’t want to slow down, but it was necessary—I managed to do that, and now I feel better about myself. Our conversations gave me a sense of stability during a challenging time, and I’m grateful for that. I’m better at listening to my body and my feelings, and I felt at ease right away.”

“I reached out to Dayenne because I was overthinking a lot, felt insecure, and was very hard on myself. I always cared a lot about what others thought of me, even though deep down I knew it wasn’t that important. During the process, I’ve come to accept myself more, and I’m now much better at staying true to myself. I’ve learned how to deal with negative thoughts and feelings effectively, and I’m also better able to talk about them with others.”
