Welcome! My name is Dayenne Sanders. I am a psychologist and coach for adults. I specialise in well-being for students and young professionals – but everyone is welcome here, no matter what stage of life you are in.
Perhaps your mind is a busy place and you can’t ever seem to get a break from it. Or you have a critical and harsh way of talking to yourself and are looking to change that. Or you are feeling exhausted. Wherever you are at: I will meet you with an open mind and open heart. There is nothing wrong with you and you are not broken – You are simply experiencing the human condition, together with me and everyone else, in our own way.
Drawing upon different forms of therapy, we will ook for ways to overcome the challenges you are facing. In sessions (in Amersfoort or online) you are free to share anything that is on your mind and together we will work towards solutions that work for you.
